What is Sustainable Development?
According to its authors, the objective of sustainable development is to integrate economic, social and environmental policies in order to achieve reduced consumption, social equity, and the preservation and restoration of biodiversity. Sustainablists insist that every societal decision be based on environmental impact, focusing on three components; global land use, global education, and global population control and reduction.
Social Equity (Social injustice)
Social justice is described as the right and opportunity of all people “to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment.” Redistribution of wealth. Private property is a social injustice since not everyone can build wealth from it. National sovereignty is a social injustice. Universal health care is a social injustice. Who is behind it?
ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability (formally, International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives). Communities pay ICLEI dues to provide “local” community plans, software, training, etc. Addition groups include American Planning Council, The Renaissance Planning Group, International City/ County Management Group, aided by US Mayors Conference, National Governors Association, National League of Cities, National Association of County Administrators and many more private organizations and official government agencies. Foundation and government grants drive the process.
Where did it originate?
The term Sustainable Development was first introduced to the world in the pages a 1987 report (Our Common Future) produced by the United Nations World Commission on Environmental and Development, authored by Gro Harlem Brundtland, VP of the World Socialist Party. The term was first offered as official UN policy in 1992, in a document called UN Sustainable Development Agenda 21, issued at the UN’s Earth Summit, today referred to simply as Agenda 21.
What gives Agenda 21 Ruling Authority?
More than 178 nations adopted Agenda 21 as official policy during a signing ceremony at the Earth Summit. US president George H.W. Bush signed the document for the US. In signing, each nation pledge to adopt the goals of Agenda 21. In 1995, President Bill Clinton, in compliance with Agenda 21, signed Executive Order #12858 to create the President’s Council on Sustainable Development in order to “harmonize” US environmental policy with UN directives as outlined in Agenda 21. The EO directed all agencies of the Federal Government to work with state and local community governments in a joint effort “reinvent” government using the guidelines outlined in Agenda 21. As a result, with the assistance of groups like ICLEI, Sustainable Development is now emerging as government policy in every town, county and state in the nation.

United Nations Local Agenda 21 Program for Sustainable Development is the "smoking gun" for the New World Order. Adopted by all member nations in 1992, this is the model for redesigning a communitarian world. If you're like a lot of people who sense something is very wrong, if you're looking for concrete, irrefutable evidence for the New World Order in your neighborhood, nothing comes close to asking your local officials about Local Agenda 21 (LA21).

The existence of a master plan for global government can almost be verified in one call to our City or County Clerk. Asking whether there has been anything locally adopted or resolved that promotes Sustainable Development is not a hard question anymore. Even people outside government groups have heard this new term by now. Most people think it's a good thing because they believe it arose naturally. It has a huge following. Everything is going "sustainable" now. From agriculture to industry to lifestyles to education, the whole world is promoting sustainability.
So, if every body's doing it, it must be a good thing, right? What's the big deal?
Well, first of all, if sustainability really just meant a benign way of healing the planet from corporate poisoning, it would not include so many laws that govern common people's lives. There is nothing benign about Sustainable Development to the common man. SD is a set of global community laws that supplant individual liberty, formally maintained within national, state and local property and privacy laws.
Second of all, communitarian laws always "balance" the rights of the individual against the community; therefore SD only protects the global community government from the common man. Every nation in the world is experiencing a "wrenching transformation" of national laws into compliance with international SD law. LA21 could also be called "No Nation Left Behind."
American homeowners are almost totally clueless as to why so much of the Stimulus Package is directed into upgrades that allow the government to monitor and control them inside their homes. What kind of system puts monitors on garbage trucks so that the trucks can scan our garbage cans in order to spot the cans that have recyclable items in the wrong cans? What kind of a system establishes neighborhood groups who monitor their neighbors for SD compliance and report infractions of new community biased regulations? What kind of a system puts RFID trackers in garments and Retinal Scans in Driver's Licenses? What kind of a system builds a huge database of every one's most private and personal information?
Think you know what your nation stands for? Still believe that SD is a local solution written by locals for a local purpose? Prove it. Go ahead. Stop reading this. Pick up a phone right now and call your City Clerk. Ask to review and copy anything having to do with U.N. Local Agenda 21 or Sustainable Development.
Because there are so many local programs implementing global SD, you will probably be told your request is "too broad." So, okay, narrow your focus. This means get specific.
Ask your public servant (who works for you) which city and county agencies have already adopted Sustainable Development. After the usual "Why do you need this information?" which you do not have to answer with anything but a smile, the honest answer will likely be, "all of them." If there's any lingering doubt about how prevalent SD is in your home, read and copy every local agency's Mission Statement.
How do you tie Sustainable Development to the United Nations if your local government claims their Sustainable Development has no connection to U.N. Local Agenda 21? Ask them to give you a clear and legal definition for Sustainable Development. They have no choice but to waffle or cite the 1987 United Nations Bruntland Commission's "official" definition for Sustainable Development<http://www.un.org/News/Press/docs/2009/envdev1026.doc.htm>.
You'll see the terms for engagement very quickly. Once you've started, be prepared for the worst a TV trained government agent can throw at you. If you have property or own a local business, you are definitely taking risks. The risk is worth it though, since the ultimate price we'll all pay is what happens to private property and privacy under the plan; it's completely abolished.
And, since all U.S. constitutional law is based in private property rights, any plan to abolish private property is treason here, pure and simple. They know this too.
How much can you find out about how far down the LA21 road your neighborhood has gone? This could be a real adventure if you took it on. Nothing incites the senses like following the path of your enemies into your own home. This is a global war. The real fight is over our land, our people and all our resources. It's being fought every day on all our home fronts, from London to Kenny Lake, Alaska.
There are several other key terms to look for: livability, quality of life, common good, vision for the future, community values, to name just a few. When Americans find unfamiliar (new) terms used in any U.S. government document, because of our Federal (F.O.I.A.) and State Public Disclosure laws, we can request a clear, legal definition of the word or phrase. We can read and copy every government agent's documents related to the use of the term too, from hand scribbled notes to polished propaganda. This is what real transparency in government means. Many other Western nations have similar laws.
If the idea of a war is too hard to accept, think of it as a fishing expedition. Stay quiet and calm so you don't scare the fish away. Gently remove the hook and throw back all the small fish you catch, or use them as bait. Bide your time, wait for the granddaddy of all fish to smell the blood. This breed of fish devours its own, like a shark, so when you have the Big One on the hook, you've hooked them all on one line.
Who wants to show Americans and the rest of the world the extent of our new global laws, global-to-local development plans, and all our local partnerships with global associations (and funding). They may be openly revising their national constitutions in South America and the EU under supremacy of communitarian law, but in most Western free and open "democracies," LA21 plans are anything but open.
For those who need to know more, Sustainable Development is based in communitarianism. This philosophy drives every aspect of the emerging supra-national system. If you understand the theory, you'll understand the new tactics. Once you've verified for yourself that LA21 plans exist for your home, do a little Internet search for the term "communitarianism." The results will amaze you.
We want the United Nations de-funded and we want them OUT of this Country!

I am writing to you regarding my concerns about the U.N. and Agenda 21. I strongly urge you to do everything in your power to prevent Agenda 21 from taking hold in the United States of America. The United States is unique in the world when it comes to personal freedoms and God given rights. Agenda 21 is nothing more than an outright assault on our freedoms, rights and national sovereignty and identity.
The United States of America must remain autonomous in the world. We are not like any other country and do not want to be like any other country. Agenda 21 is a Marxist, redistributive, social engineering plan meant only to control wealth, property, freedoms, and personal excellence. Only the select "few" will have wealth, property, privileges, freedom and power. The vast majority of the people will become nothing more than serfs for those with connections and in power. No one pushing this agenda has offered to lead by example and limit themselves in any way they would require every one else to do. Does that not speak volumes for their intentions?
The U.N. is also a Marxist, redistributive, social engineering organization. They exist only to bring their version of "equality" to the world. Rather than lift nations up, they do their utmost best to bring nations down to what they feel is an "acceptable" level of wealth and development. This must not be tolerated. The U.N. has served its original purpose and is now outdated and outmoded. It is time for the U.N. to go. If the rest of the world feels the U.N. is so necessary, then let other nations play host to it. The U.N. costs our country too much money and exacts too much privilege for its members while portraying the United States as an enemy to the world. It was meant to be an apolitical entity and is anything but apolitical. Take a look at its policies, committees, and powers and you will be able to determine that the U.N. is not a friend to the United States, but a committed enemy to the United States and our way of life.
We are familiar with countries that are trying to make “everything equal for everyone” (a Marxist world). We also know they are failing miserably in their economies and lifestyles. Our Constitution protects us from that type environment.

We, the people of the United States, demand a complete withdrawal from and total defunding of the United Nations!
We would also like to bring to your attention that more and more Americans are well aware of the United Nations Agenda 21 and what it means for this country!
We want it stopped dead in it tracks! NOW~! Below, we have done your “homework” for you.
Under the American concept of rights, the individual possesses God-given rights which the state and our government must protect. However, the UN embraces a collectivist worldview in which 'rights' are highly conditional concessions made by an all-powerful government.
Nothing in Agenda 21, the Rio Declaration, the Copenhagen Treaty or the PCSD recommendations even acknowledges the idea that humans are born free, and are sovereign over the governments they create. Nothing about Agenda 21 acknowledges the idea that government's first responsibility is to protect the freedom of its citizens, or the freedom to own and use property. Everything about the UNCED documents aspires to limit human freedom and to restrict the use of private property until it can be placed in the public domain. The UNCED agenda documents are the first step in the push for a global government. Equity, or Wealth Redistribution, is clearly the underlying purpose for “sustainable development,” in the IUCN agenda.
Agenda 21 "Sustainability" appeals for justification of government power to enforce activists’ views of environmentalism. They aim to replace farmers’, ranchers’ and other landowners’ concept of still owning land, but, in reality, it is within the government’s control. It mixes environmentalism and SOCIALISM to expand government into every nook and cranny of our lives. This includes our land use, our food production, housing, transportation, manufacturing, energy rationing and even whether we live or die by controlling every aspect of our health care. It even promotes population reduction! WHO decides who lives and who dies? What makes any of the people at the United Nations more deserving to live than anyone else?
Sustainability means smart growth zoning templates that preserve land by jamming Americans into dense developments funded with government subsidies to create social equity where others are stakeholders in your property. It’s called communitarianism. WE ARE NOT CHINA~! Americans will NOT comply!
UN Agenda 21 in stark terms: it is land use planning. This is a huge problem for a FREE SOCIETY~! This planning is far more radical than a simple zoning rule. It means seizing private land and forcing people to move to very dense settlements. UN Agenda 21 even has a new name: “islands of human habitation.” And what happens with preserved land? Millions of acres of wildlife corridors and wildlands would eliminate or severely restrict human use, especially in national forests and open range administered by the Bureau of Land Management. This will prevent lumber harvesting and beef production.
Sustainability disciples use euphemistic terms like “environmental justice,” and collude with government to enforce oppressive regulations at any cost. We suggest you look it up! Google “EPA TMDL lawsuits” and see the list of activists that sue the EPA and obtain federal court opinions that embolden oppressive regulations. Why does the EPA advertise these lawsuits on its website? Every time the EPA loses to an environmental group, it grows stronger as courts direct the EPA to enforce. The courts have become accomplices to government overreach.
At the 1992 Rio Earth Summit, President Bush signed onto United Nations Agenda 21 policies. In 1993, President Clinton signed an executive order implementing Agenda 21 in the United States. Today it is referred to as Sustainable Development Agenda 21. It is also known as comprehensive planning, growth management and smart growth. Sustainable development contains Utopian environmental and political visions and places nature above man. Global planning interferes with our sovereignty, property rights, individual constitutional rights and free markets. The U.N'.s goal is to control the way individuals live and how they conduct their daily activities to implement the U.N. vision for a global society.
The UN views the world as a “zero-sum game”. If people are hungry in Haiti or Somalia, it’s because we drive a Ford F-150, we eat meat and yes, we live too long. During the 1992 UN conference on environment and development, UN undersecretary Maurice Strong proclaimed, “…current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class – involving high meat intake, use of fossil fuels, appliances, home- and work-place air-conditioning and suburban housing – are not sustainable.”
This blows the theory by many defenders of U.N. Agenda 21 and the ICLEI that UN sustainability dogma applies only to Third World countries. It does not! America is the LAST FREE COUNTRY! We stand in the way of this world wide Socialist/Communist Utopia the UN so loves. Is THIS what you want to do to your family members, your kids, your grandkids, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews or even your own parents? IS this the kind of world you want to live in? For the majority of Americans that have not been indoctrinated, we can assure you we sure don't want that kind of world.
What is ICLEI?
We know that is why Mr. Obama signed the following Executive Order June 9, 2011 -
Executive Order 13575 - Establishment of the White House Rural Council. This order falls right in line with the UN Agenda 21 for rural areas in the country!
ICLEI was founded in 1990. Its goal is to connect local governments to the U.N., to get local governments to adopt U.N. policies, and for local government officials to lobby and pressure national governments to adopt UN programs. This includes Agenda 21-a 1,000 page program that would destroy what is left of our economy, and other programs that transfer more money and power to the U.N.
But Agenda 21 is not yet binding on the United States Law in any way! We DEMAND you stop it! We DEMAND you defund the United Nations in it entirety and we DEMAND the United Nations be told to get out of OUR COUNTRY! Barry Goldwater surely had it right when it came to the United Nations. The United States is NOT a Socialist Nation! The people will Never accept Socialism, Marxism or Communism! We know that is what the United Nations is all about. The most important thing for you to remember is our rights to life, liberty and property, and we will NOT surrender them because someone says that “the environment” will suffer if we do not. “The environment” is only a pretext. The real purpose is control. Control is much easier if people live in crowds and have no independent way to travel.

We the People have presented many requests to our Congress in this past two years, some of which you have chosen to ignore. You were voted into office to act FOR the people of the United States, NOT to make decisions independent of our desires.
We respectfully Demand that you De-fund and remove the United Nations from any governing position in the United States, including but not limited to Agenda 21, and ICLEI.
Our Independence is the very foundation that makes America a great and proud Nation. We cannot allow America to become a party to global governance, lest we lose that Independence. The United States will then become like any other country, lacking the Freedom of Choice which make us unique and which our Founding Fathers fought and gave their lives for.
The implementation of Agenda 21 in the United States will not only destroy our independence, but will remove all Freedom of Choice, as every aspect of our lives will be governed by an outside entity who does not have America’s best interests at heart. The very idea that Americans would be governed by an outside entity is absolutely appalling and unacceptable.
We will not be herded into a state of socialized "sustainable development"; we will not stand idly by and watch as America’s Freedoms become the property of the United Nations.
